The Palms is not friendly to Diamond players

Yaamava top management needs to get much more involved with the Palms, if they plan to keep this property long term. Palms does NOT recognize or take care of Diamond Players coming from Yaamava. I know, I’m one of them. Palms could have cared less about me being a Diamond player. I had to even go to a supervisor, just to get cleared for late checkout. And beyond that, they displayed zero regard for me as a player. Overall Palms staff is NOT friendly. Most of the workers there acted robotic and not friendly. The opposite is true at Yaamava, where the vast majority of team members are friendly and accommodating. Yaamava has a problem. They need to clean house at The Palms, and get management in there that treats us players well, like Yaamava does. And Yaamava has a much, much, much better selection of slot machines than The Palms.

Ther Hotel was ok but the staff were horrible! no help at all with the deposit on the room, I wound up having to dispute the charge on my credit card. definitely won't stay there again!

I'm staying here until the 23/04, today I went to check in and the receptionist Oscar treated me terribly, the hotel is wonderful, it's a shame to leave such an arrogant and stuck-up guy at the hotel reception, the last time I'm staying. As for the gentleman who carried our bags, he is 1000% more polite than the attendant Oscar, he should be working at the hotel reception.

We came for our Anniversary and had a wonderful time. We had excellent service at Tonic Bar by the bartender Angela while watching the NCAA final. Very good upbeat atmosphere and she gave us recommendations on the restaurants also. We ate at Mabel’s BBQ, Scotch 80 & the AYCE breakfast all delicious. Our room had a fantastic view of the strip was clean and very spacious. Definitely coming back soon!

Wrong charges without any information

Unfortunately the hotel wrongfully and without any information charged me for the minibar to my security deposit. It took a long, annoying exchange of e-mails to get the hotel to at least agree to refund. It seems based on other reviews that's not the first time they're doing that. Also no signs outside where to park and where to check in, check in is very slow, parts of the bathroom were very dirty (see pictures).
